In October we reported on a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), in which the Commission is exploring a host of potential measures to make it easier for wireless companies to build new infrastructure. The NPRM has now been published in the Federal Register, so the comment deadlines are established: if you want to file comments in response to the NPRM, you’ve got until February 3, 2014; reply comments are due by March 5.
