We recently reported on a Request for Expedited Declaratory Ruling in which T-Mobile is asking the Commission for guidance on how the “commercial reasonableness” of data roaming charges is to be measured. Acting with admirable alacrity, the FCC has now formally acknowledged the T-Mobile filing and has invited comments and reply comments about it. Anyone with something to say on the topic of data roaming charges has until July 10, 2014 to submit comments; reply comments may be filed by August 11.
