Keenan Adamchak joined Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth in September 2016 after two years at a boutique telecommunications firm where he represented clients on a wide range of telecommunications issues including: federal and state transactions; Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), Interexchange Carrier (IXC) licensing and registration; state and federal tax and regulatory fee compliance; universal service compliance, and Consumer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), Privacy, and Data Protection Matters. Mr. Adamchak has co-authored several articles regarding specific aspects of telecommunications law including an article in the July 2016 edition of the Federal Communications Law Journal titled: “Confusion, Uncertainty, and Fear: How the FCC’s Increased Reliance on Adjudication is Harming Carriers, Competition, Consumers and Investment.” Mr. Adamchak attended law school at The George Washington University School of Law where he won Best Brief in the 2014 National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition, and clerked for then Acting Chairwoman Mignon Clyburn. He received a Bachelor of Arts from The College of William & Mary with a double major in History and Government.
