Michelle A. McClure Michelle A. McClure is a member of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, PLC. She has both a telecommunications law and engineering background, representing telecommunications industry clients as in-house counsel, a consultant and in private practice as a principal at Irwin, Campbell, and Tannenwald as well as a member of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth. Ms. McClure’s practice has encompassed a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters for broadcast, satellite, wireless, common carrier, and cable clients. She worked for a telecommunications consulting firm where she was responsible for legal, regulatory and policy issues, while also developing business studies and analyses for clients. Ms. McClure also served as in-house counsel of a wireless company where she handled general legal, regulatory, corporate and lobbying issues. Ms. McClure is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law and also concurrently earned a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Graduate School of Engineering of the University of Colorado.
